July Update!

Some excellent news!!!
Norman has finally left ICU and is now in the Spinal Rehabilitation Unit at UCT Hospital. He is getting physio and is doing gym every day - he is strapped into a bicycle which then helps him to recover some of the lost muscle tone. He can eat a little by himself (jelly and soft things) and is breathing a lot better. He still needs to go onto the ventilator at night and when he is tired, but there has been some improvement.
